Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global corona virus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Desert Car Care of Chandler.
First and foremost , our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
Second, at DCC we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities.
All of our employees have been strongly encouraged to take precautionary action to minimize the spread of COVID-19, by sterilization of vehicle handles ( inner and outer), steering wheel and all focused areas during service of touch points. In addition , as a precaution we will provide extra face surgical masks at the service counter for your convenience and also handle all cash\credit card transactions with service gloves available for all, and as an extra precaution all keys will be disinfected and placed in a sealed white envelope.
